Innovative employees, friends, and family gathered together on Friday, Oct. 16 to celebrate a well-respected member of our team, Gary Wright, who is retiring from Innovative after 20 years of service!

Gary’s retirement party was a very enjoyable evening at the Mill Street Grill in Staunton with great food and laughter all around! The evening was filled with fun stories and memories shared by Gary and those who had worked with him over the years. From his early days of building electrical panels in the field to helping with service/maintenance issues, Gary has been an integral part in the company’s progression and always willing to take on any challenge!

Gary offered up valuable advice to all of the current Innovative employees, recommending that they continue to take advantage of our unique 401k plan.  Our company matches 401k contributions, dollar-for-dollar, up to 15 percent. Because of this, Gary was able to retire with $650,000 and a big smile on his face!

We’ll miss you, Gary, and we thank you for all of your hard work and contribution to helping Innovative grow into such a success!
