Innovative Refrigeration Systems is proud to announce that all three of our manufacturing facilities have achieved OSHA’s Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) certification. This certification is awarded to companies that demonstrate exemplary workplace safety and health practices.

In 2019, we expanded our operations to two new manufacturing facilities adding 87,500ft² of space dedicated to constructing our energy-efficient and modular mini penthouse units, and are home to over 40 employees. In addition to our existing SHARP-certified facility, both of our newest facilities were awarded this incredible certification by the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry.
