Innovative Refrigeration Systems’ commitment to safety was highlighted by our participation in the OSHA National Safety Stand-Down. This event, held annually by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), is an effort to prevent falls and promote safety in the workplace. This year marks the 8th consecutive year that we have participated in this event.

Fatalities caused by falls from elevation continue to be a leading cause of death for construction employees, accounting for 378 of the 986 construction fatalities recorded in 2021. Those deaths were preventable.

At Innovative, we take safety seriously. From our manufacturing facilities to our job sites, we prioritize the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve. That’s why our team participated in the OSHA National Safety Stand-Down, dedicating time and resources to promote awareness and prevention of falls on job sites.

Throughout the event, our employees engaged in a range of activities to promote safety awareness and prevent accidents. We reviewed best practices for ladder safety, discussed and inspected fall protection equipment, and shared real-world examples of fall hazards encountered on job sites.

Our manufacturing team was reminded of the importance of being vigilant and proactive when it comes to safety. We recognize that falls can happen at any time and to anyone, so we made sure to take the necessary steps to mitigate the risk of accidents.

Our participation in the OSHA National Safety Stand-Down demonstrates our commitment to a culture of safety and our dedication to protecting our team members, customers, and communities.
