Innovative takes a lot of pride in its contributions to the local Waynesboro/Staunton/Augusta economy, so we were thrilled to see our community listed at No. 13 in the 2011 rankings for the Top 20 Micropolitans.

Our presence in the area was the third-most impactful business factor in the W/S/A ranking. It was the top-ranked Virginia city on the list.

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, a world renowned Design-Build-Service Engineering Contractor, recently added 40,000 square feet to its manufacturing & fabrication plant. The additional space has allowed for an increase in equipment fabrication and manufacturing production.
