Innovative is thrilled to have worked with the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board to create our registered apprenticeship program. It’s been a tremendous success that has allowed us to offer additional training and education to our employees. We currently have more than 15 welders in training.

Our apprenticeship program is a combination of on the job training and classroom based learning. We believe very strongly that providing our employees with the tools and knowledge they need to perform their job successfully will enable them to work more safely and become more successful.
