We have always been strong proponents for ammonia as a refrigerant in industrial refrigeration systems. Compared to traditional refrigerants, it can be up to 10% more efficient, and is rated 0 for both Ozone Depletion Potential and Global Warming Potential. We have also led the way in using CO₂, which can be as or more efficient than ammonia, and safer for the public.

We also pride ourselves on being able to design systems that meet our customers’ needs while still being energy efficient. We design smarter by using Variable Frequency Drives, taking advantage of adiabatic cooling, using water purgers to improve efficiency, utilizing waste heat for under-floor heaters, and so on.
